- If your appliance can be diagnosed AND repaired during the initial visit, your diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair.
- If a return visit is required because a part must be ordered or additional labor is needed, the diagnostic covers the initial visit only. The repair is quoted separately before any additional work is performed.

How much is the diagnostic fee?
Our weekday diagnostic (Monday–Saturday) is $99. Weekend, holiday, and after-hours diagnostics start at $149. If we diagnose AND repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair.
Do you repair Samsung appliances?
Yes. We regularly repair Samsung refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves in the Baton Rouge area.
Do you repair LG appliances?
Yes. We repair all major LG residential appliances including LG refrigerators with linear compressors, LG washers and dryers, and LG dishwashers.

Do you install customer-supplied parts?
In most cases yes, but the 90-day warranty only covers parts we source and install. If a customer-supplied part fails, additional labor may apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, and cash. Payment is due at time of service. Financing is available on larger repairs.
